Hi there! My name is Rory, I’ve been filming weddings for some of Ireland’s top wedding videography brands for several years now and am happy to have launched my own brand in 2020. I feel incredibly lucky I get to join couples on one of the happiest days of their life, and craft a film to capture priceless memories that they and their loved ones can enjoy forever. It’s an honour to be trusted to film such an important day and I approach every wedding with tireless dedication and a unique eye for detail. I pride myself on capturing the emotion, the laughter, the tears, the family moments, everything that goes into making a wedding such a special day. I love to travel and I’m available for destination weddings and elopements. Up a windswept mountain or in the sunny hills of Tuscany, I’ll go wherever your wedding may be!
Why Hire a Videographer?
I may be biased but nothing brings back the memories of a day gone by better than a video. A video never forgets. It lives and breathes with movement and sound while memories fade. When almost everything else from your wedding day (apart from your photos!) is long gone, your video will be an unchanging reminder of your special day, a chance to look back in time and see the smiles of all the family and friends who came to celebrate with you. When I film a wedding, I understand how meaningful each fleeting moment can become in the long run, and I strive to save these memories for you to treasure forever.
How I Work
I dress to blend in and film with small cameras so you and your guests feel comfortable on the day. I’m often told afterwards by many couples that they barely noticed I was there. Usually not a nice thing to say to someone but a great compliment for a videographer! This minimal approach allows me to be in the right place at the right time, unnoticed, to capture the perfect moment, a skill gleaned from years of filming weddings. A hug, a kiss, a laugh, a tear wiped away; these are moments I’ve learned to anticipate and these are the little things that will make your film special to you.
